Justin Clark - Commercial Real Estate Broker at Clark Gaines Properties

Justin Clark

Professional Summary: Justin Clark is a founding partner at Clark Gaines Properties, where he leads the firm's service operations and drives business development initiatives. Before launching Clark Gaines Properties, he served as Vice President of Brokerage Services in the Industrial Division at Caldwell Companies. There, he specialized in a wide range of tenant and landlord representation services, including leasing, sales, acquisitions, relocations, marketing strategies, and build-to-suit projects. Drawing from a strong foundation in sales, Justin helps clients—both new and long-standing—identify opportunities to enhance profitability and optimize their real estate investments. Earlier in his career, Justin honed his marketing and sales acumen at Bell and McCoy, where he worked with electrical distributors, contractors, and engineers. That experience gave him valuable insight into the operational needs of his clients, enabling him to better understand and exceed their expectations in the commercial real estate space. In recognition of his professional achievements, Justin was named one of Houston Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2020. He also earned honors as one of the city’s Top 20 Real Estate Brokers in both 2013 and 2018. A graduate of the 2011–2012 Leadership North Houston program, he later served as President of its Alumni Association and remains active on the board. He also serves on the board of directors for the Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce, where he has been involved since 2013. Justin holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR)—a prestigious designation shared by only about 2,900 professionals worldwide. A Lifetime Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Justin currently chairs the Gatekeeper Committee, overseeing more than 1,750 volunteers. He also plays an active leadership role at The Foundry Methodist Church, where he serves on the board. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University’s Dwight Look College of Engineering. Outside of work, Justin enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, golfing, and competing in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World Championship Bar-B-Q Cook Off. He treasures spending time with his wife, Layne, their daughters Lilly and Lottie, their cat “Howdy,” and their beloved dog, Tucker.
